In short
I teach statistics, analytics, and machine learning at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, where I also direct the One-Year MBA Practicum Projects. Before that I spent seventeen years in technology — delivery, quality, and program leadership at Cognizant, Infosys, and TCS, including a $7M portfolio and organizations of 150+ professionals.
The classroom turned out to be full of problems worth solving. So I build things: oral assessment tools, anonymous question channels, analytics games, AI tutors. Each one starts as a teaching problem, becomes an experiment, and feeds back into research on how AI is changing what learning and assessment can be.
