In short
I teach statistics, analytics, and machine learning at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business. Before that I spent seventeen years in technology — delivery, quality, and program leadership at Cognizant, Infosys, and TCS, including a $7M portfolio and organizations of 150+ professionals.
The classroom turned out to be full of problems worth solving. So I build things: oral assessment tools, anonymous question channels, analytics games, AI tutors. Each one starts as a teaching problem, becomes an experiment, and feeds back into research on how AI is changing what learning and assessment can be.

Seventeen years of technology delivery for global clients, doctoral research in Belgium, and eight years of teaching in a business school — the same problem-solving instinct applied in different rooms.
